So @ is live talking about Charlie Mike, if you need a good cry I’d highly recommend it, but it made me start to realize how many people he touched and how many people he talked to and helped, so I figured I’d write this and hash tag it for anyone else to add onto what I’m writing, but the thing with Matt wasn’t just that he liked blades or was some cool guy, the thing was that he was there for people and listened and gave advice whether that was knife making advice or life advice, he wanted to help you in anyway he could and he did for many many people. Idk if it was the AA or just him starting from rock bottom or what but people talked to matt and what he said helped apparently not just me but many people. And when it came to knife making advice he was the one stop shop for whether or not it could be done, he knew because he’s tried it lol. The world is a much much worse place without matt in it, I can’t believe I’ll never talk to that mother fucker again, but all this is making me want to change things up and live a little more bravely then I did before because you never know when you’re gonna go, and I’d like to go like matt with zero regrets. In a way I think he was always destined to die young, you can’t burn as brightly as matt did and expect to last as long as normal people. I wish I could tell him how much he helped in life and blade making and thank him one last time, but I can’t so I’m putting it out into the universe through you people. Please don’t let his memory fade as long as we remember him he’s not really dead, he lives on in the memories we have of him.
