🖥 WORKING at HOME WITH KIDS: Can be extremely challenging. Am I right? Most people go to work and have a set-aside and dedicated work time in an office or workplace. Not us , but that is ok because we're moms and we're going to handle it.
I try to carve out uninterrupted time in my day to work while at home with the kids, which usually means I am up for work at 4 am. I usually work from 4 am to 7 am @ and @
The kids' little eyeballs usually open up at 7 am 👀 and then it becomes a challenge to find uninterrupted ⏰ time. Which out there can relate, huh?
Here are some EASY-to-put-together ideas for and which I am currently using to keep the Babysaurs busy:
👦🏽 4 YR OLD: Pipe cleaners + paper plates with hole punches (lacing works fine motor skills) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👧🏽1.5 YR OLD: Pom poms + muffin tin (also works on fine motor skills, particularly the pincer grasp) [DISCLAIMER: I only allow my 1.5 yr old to play with pom poms under supervision. She is next to me when she is playing with them and I can keep an eye on her while I work. [🙏🏽 Please use with care with the littles!]
Sharing of awesome additional ideas or tips below is greatly appreciated! Just diving into this whole quiet bins business. Better late than never, I guess. ⠀ 👆🏽Check out link in bio for any mommas interested in working from 🏠 .
