Gluten-free banana ➰ 2 bananas ➰ 3 eggs ➰ ½ cup of cashew, coconut, or almond milk ➰ 1 spoon of chia ➰ ½ cup of coconut oil ➰ 1 ½ cup of buckwheat flour ➰ 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon ➰ 1 teaspoon of baking powder ➰ ½ teaspoon of baking soda 🥣 Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. Combine the bananas, eggs, milk, chia, and oil in a blender or electric processor until it has a creamy consistency (~ 1 minute). Mix the liquid and dry ingredients with a spoon. Pour over a mold with wax paper (I do not like aluminum foil because it "looses" many chemicals ⚠️). 🎛 Preheat the oven to 375 • F and cook for about 30-35min. It depends on the oven and the thickness of the mixture in the mold. Just introduce a knife and if it comes out clean, it's ready ✅ ❄️ You can freeze some for about 2-3 months. 🍯 Do not add sugar to children's food. Another point where different opinions are found. Some say that sugar can be offered from 1 year, others at 3 years. This is because it alters the taste buds, and they then reject other foods. NEVER give honey before the year. 👶🏼 Beginners: the recipe has egg, but you can find substituted in one of my posts about egg substitutes 👉🏼. Remember that allergens, such as eggs must be offered for 3 consecutive days to rule out allergies. The allergy can appear hours or days after the first contact with the food. 🥜 After I took the photo, I thought I could add some almond butter (allergen ⚠️) and strawberries 🍓. They were even more delicious,and we can offer good fats ✅. What else would you add to the bread?

Cocok bngt kalau lagi repot ga sempet masak tinggal goreng bentar aja jadi deh.. Meningan bikin daripada beli ya mom, ketauan qta pakainya bahan apa aja krn qta sendiri yg beli n masak. Bikin ini sekitar 1 stgh jam tapi bisa disimpan lama di freezer. Jadi kalau bisa sih pas bikin nugget ini sekalian aja bikin banyakan. Kemarin saya pakai 1 ekor ayam kampung saya fillet. Resepnya dibawah yaa.. . . 🍗 Nugget Ayam Kampung 🍗 . . Bahan : ☑ 1 ekor ayam kampung ( lalu fillet ) ☑ Wortel parut secukupnya ☑ 4sdm Tepung roti utk adonan ☑ 1butir telur ☑ Garam secukupnya ☑ Tepung roti utk pelapis secukupnya ☑ Larutan tepung terigu utk pelapis . Cara : 📃 Haluskan ayam kampung menggunakan foodprocessor 📃 Campur wortel, tepung roti, telur dan garam ke ayam kampung yg sdh dihaluskan. Aduk merata. 📃 Siapkan piring / loyang. Masukkan adonan nugget dan ratakan. 📃 Panaskan panci kukusan. Dan kukus nugget kira-kira 15 menit. 📃 Setelah matang, potong sesuai selera. Kemudian balur potongan nugget dengan larutan teping terigu, kemudian tepung roti. Sisihkan dan masukkan ke kulkas dahulu kurleb 30menit sblm digoreng. 📃 Goreng secukupnya, sisanya bisa simlan di freezer. Tahan 1bulan. . Mañana es mi cumple y para festejarlo en el trabajo hice estos mini #carrotcake Les dejo la receta, después cuénteme como les salió Ingredientes ✅Harina 1 taza y 1/2 ✅Polvo para hornear 1 cucharada sopera Bicarbonato de sodio 1 cucharadita ✅Azúcar mascabo 3/4 taza (se puede cambiar por azúcar blanca o 20 datiles hidratados) ✅Huevos 3 unidades ✅Aceite de girasol o maíz 1/2 taza ✅Canela 1 cucharada postre 4 especias (se vende asi es opcional pero queda muuyyy bueno) 1/4 de cucharada. (Las 4 especias son canela, clavó de olor, nuez moscada y pimienta blanca) ✅Zanahoria 3 unidades ✅Nueces picadas 2 cucharadas (opcional) Elaboración Precalentar un horno a 180°C Lavar, pelar y rallar bien finito la zanahoria y reservar En un bol colocar los huevos y batirlos, a la mitad agregar el azúcar y continuar batiendo por 10 minutos Agregar la zanahoria y mezclar Por otro lado colocar la harina, el polvo para hornear, el bicarbonato de sodio, las especias y las nueces picadas y mezclar. Unir ambas preparaciones. Colocar en recipientes de silicona o afeitado y enharinado. Llevar a horno por 20 minutos o hasta que al colocar un palillo en el centro salga limpio. Si utilizan un solo molde tipo budinera el tiempo de cocción es mayor aprox 30 a 40 minutos. Desmoldar en frío Para hacerle un glace o frosting (opcional) Frosting 🔜mezclar 6 cucharadas soperas de azúcar impalpable con 4 cucharadita a de jugo de limón y 1 cucharada soperas de queso crema. D I N N E R >> tonight’s dinner was homemade pizza using our simple dough mixture of 1:1 flour/yogurt... CJ helped me on and off this afternoon, I try not to force it. If he wants out I let him get down and if he wants back up I let him up. That way he feels he can always be apart of whatever I am doing and hopefully also encourage his independent play knowing he’s always allowed to come to me 😉 . I’ve had pizza on my mind all day thanks to @white.blank.space 🙊 loves the idea of using whatever was in the fridge!
