Honesty/accountability corner. Last week kicked my butt mentally and physically. Not only did I not have the motivation to workout last week, but I lacked discipline too. I only did 2/5 workouts last week and I could blame it on my cramps, a long week at work, a lack of sleep, or any other number of things but at the end of the day I didn’t pay myself my 2% and I’m pretty disappointed to admit that. However, this is a lifestyle and sometimes life happens. One week is not going to ruin me, just like one week will not miraculously make me fit and healthy. That being said, life goes on again this week. I have meetings at work so I will have to switch my days around a bit (🙌🏻 for such a flexible program) and I did Monday a day early so I can start out on the right foot.
Note: cycle 3 is freaking hard. I haven’t finished it in the allotted time yet where last two cycles I finished with several minutes to spare. What’s up with that?
