When people ask me how I lost weight, I tell them 2 things; Going to the gym for 2 hours a day and following Whole30 (@whole30).

Whole30 is not some sort of diet. Diets don't work, but you already knew that. The program is simple and easy - eating whole and real foods.
It changed my life and it can change yours as well.
I am gluten and lactose sensitive and I have a mild case of celiac disease. If any of you have these issues too, then you should really do your research on how the Whole30 works. •
