Current Physique ✌🏻
Honestly if anyone has been around me since the school year started last fall , then you know how stressed my life has been 😶 not an excuse, but have literally been running on 4-6 hours per night every night for the past 4 months because I don’t have a steady balance between school, homework, projects, work, working out, and the little social life I have. This has lead to a bad attitude, fatigue, and lots of crying! Not good!
Now that the rants over 👇🏻
My physique now is nowhere I thought it would be 1 year ago. I had goals and I did not meet them. But you know what - THATS OKAY!
Sometimes you have to lose control to give God control to then realize that in His hands He will lead you to where you need to go 🙏🏻 There will be quite a lot of changes happening in my life after this semester is over, and so ready for God to lead me to where He wants me to be during my last year of undergrad this next year👏🏻🎓
It’s okay to fall off track, it’s okay to mess up, but remember that it is never to late to start again and keep going 💪🏻
So, I started back up a couple of weeks ago and already seeing some results. I have goals for strength for myself, and very hopeful for these next 6 weeks ❤️ Keep going and have faith!
