WILL I EVER DO BODYBUILDING? I get this question all the time so I figured I would address it🤷🏽‍♂️ Right now I have my focus in powerlifting and my goals solely aimed at that. Having said that I’m still just 22 years old and I always thought I would like to do a bodybuilding just to see how I’d handle the preparation for it and I do really like a new challenge. Also not to mention I don’t really have a clue how to go about a bodybuilding prep!! I know I can’t do both sports so I would have to dedicate a long time to really giving it a go! Would I be good? Fuck knows I just figure I’m good for lifting heavy shit but as I said it is something I have always wanted to do so who knows what the near future holds☺️ In all these pictures shown I’m 110KG plus..

Anybody else have “fat pants” and “skinny pants”? I do. Last night when I was getting everything prepped for morning, I realized I didn’t have anymore clean black pants....Black is my favorite because it covers everything up. Since I had so few options, I wound up wearing light gray. 6 months ago I wouldn’t have put them on because I would have been worried about every crease and every area with cellulite. Not today folks, I have worked hard, and I will not let myself believe the lies that I’m not good enough anymore! So here I am, wearing gray pants and reminding myself that I do not need to worry, I just need to be thankful for the body God gave me and do my best to take care of it. Physically AND mentally. I also noticed that if I squeeze my glutes really hard, that my handstands feel more solid. 😜 I also filmed an Anderson Squat demonstration video (home gym version) for my Strength Academy. I was productive!⠀ ⠀ Workout:⠀ •My cat, Bean, did farmer's carries with the Serta Sheep 😂. You can follow him at @sillysiamesecats⠀ •Handstand Holds + Walking Practice⠀ •Pec + Shoulder Burner: 2 rounds: 2 min tabata of 20s supinated grip shoulder raises + 10s Hercules Holds. ⠀ •5 x [5 Anderson Squats + SB squats to failure]. I used 220lbs and 100 lbs respectively. ⠀ •100 hammer curls IT. Every time I died (after about 20 reps), I did 5 heavy ET curls.⠀ •200m sandbag carry. I struggled with this because I tightened my 100 pound sandbag (new zip tie) and it made the bag's girth much bigger. I could barely reach my arms around it. I need to break it in again. My biggest inspiration comes From Paul Mathews @childhood_cancer_fighter_dad Besides being a humble and good human being, he does so much for kids who have cancer and is a voice and hope for them and their families. I think about these kids and what they have to experience every single time I workout, run whatever. Tralasciando stare le mutazioni dei geni FADS1 e FADS2 e le conseguenze che possano a portare - scorretto sviluppo celebrale del neonato, ad esempio -, qui si fa parla dello stretto, strettissimo collegamento che si instaura tra omega-3 e omega-6 e di come uno possa influenzare l'altro. Perché? Perché gli enzimi delta-5 des. e delta-6 des agiscono su entrambi i precursori, ALA e LA che siano, e quindi si contenderanno la risposta finale. Chi sarà a vincere tra AA e EPA/DHA? Dipenderà dalle vostre scelte alimentari, assolutamente. Una dieta occidentale - ormai ricca di omega-6 - farà prevalere l'attività del delta6, con aumento esponenziale di AA e successivo rilascio di eicosainoidi proinfiammatori; la cosa contraria accade quando a prevalere - o meglio, a bilanciare- saranno gli omega-3, che faranno prevalere l'attività del delta5, con produzione di EPA/DHA e successivo rilascio di eicosainoidi anti-infiammatori. SKI ROWS FOR GROWTH 📍Just out here trying to master my skiing skills⛷ 📍Bent Over Ski Rows - Great movement for putting your lats through their entire range of motion! I’m not imagining that I’m rowing the weight; I’m pretending like I’m trying to throw them behind me! That’s the thought process I need to maintain this form and have my lats do all the work! Here’s the setup and tips⬇️ 1️⃣ - Get Yourself Elevated - Staying on the floor will only limit your range of motion. Stand on a couple plates or box so you can freely stretch out! 2️⃣ - Get Parallel - No, not slightly inclined - PARALLEL. Try to maintain that positioning all the way through! 3️⃣ - Use Plates - Dumbbells will only hit your body. The idea is to keep your elbows as tucked in to your body as you can; that’ll recruit all the fibers from the top to the bottom of your lat! 4️⃣ - Hold the Center - I like to put everything but my pointer finger and thumb in the center. Having that pistol-looking grip will help you drive better with your elbows and minimize the bicep involvement! 📍Hopefully you’ve got all that! Don't Be Afraid of Being a Beginner. #250kchallenge Yesterday was Chest/Shoulder day. It was also the first time I had someone by my side to show me how to really use the machine/weights correctly as well as my formation. Clearly I've slacked a lot when it came to working out because I was struggling to finishing my sets.
