I’ve wanted to train at @goldsgymvenice1 for a longgg time, and today, I finally went. The gym is AMAZING. The environment just makes you want to work hard. That being said, I have never felt smaller or more unfit in my life. Some of the people that go there are absolute monsters. It’s very motivational! Back day! It seems like lately I've been posting a lot of back videos, but that's okay, right? 😁 Anyways, gym was pretty packed tonight, so I was fairly limited to equipment. Here I did a nice little superset of two different row variations. I'm a firm believer that swallowing the ego and lightening up the weight, will take you to places great! (Dr Suess over here πŸ˜‹). Starting the week off with some reverse hacks, froggy kicks and hamstring curls! Consistency is key to building a butt. Keep the frog legs high, go slow with the hamstring curls and deep on the reverse hacks with a tight core to protect your lower back.
