Чем больше, тем лучше, да?☺️ 💡На самом деле, наиболее простым способом увеличения относительной силы будет снижение веса тела. ▪️Тренируйтесь с целью нарастить больше мышц и сжечь лишний жир. ▪️Недооценивайте пользу белка Те, кто получает достаточное количество белка в течение дня, гораздо лучше сохраняют мышечную массу, чем те, кто этого не делает. 💡Для регулярно тренирующихся нужно 2 грамма белка на килограмм веса в день, и это количество должно быть распределено между 5-6 небольшими приемами пищи. ▪️Не получаете достаточно сна Трудно строить мускулатуру и сжигать жир без достаточного количества сна. 😴В лучшем случае, это 7-8 часов в день. 💡Сон – это время, когда активируется большинство гормонов, таких как гормон роста и тестостерон. With me doing legs basically every time I’m in the gym now cause of how often I do squats and deadlifts , it really do be like this at times , 500 lb. top single today on squats, felt I had more in the tank which is good but I like to do singles just too see where I’m at. Don’t neglect abs either, I train abs basically every workout because a strong core will give you an edge on squats and deadlifts 💪🏽🔥

After pause squats 505x1/525x1/435x5(on the duffalo bar, no sleeves 🙄) i pretty much had my game plan shattered so i ended up just doing whatever I felt like at the time 🤷‍♂️. All good. Got alot of posterior chain work in today. This was 577x3 on the trap bar(my back was being a weak boiii). I liked this one since it didnt have the raised handles so the weight was right at normal deadlift height instead of making it a block pull like alot of other trap bars do. Oookay thats my partial recap on my sub-par workout today. Enjoy your night everyone

Si haces abs vas a fortalecer los musculos abdominales, la grasa no se va a endurecer... Si eres de es@s que se forran como un cuaderno de funda plastica para "sudar la grasa" lamento decepcionarte pero la grasa se oxida y se libera como energia durante el ejercicio... la funda no pinta nada! Osea: NO VAS A SUDAR LA GRASA. Ahhhh y tampoco la faja... olvidate de eso! YO HAGO ABS TODOS LOS DIAS Y NO ME SALEN LOS CUADRITOS... En primer lugar: No se hace ABS todos los dias, los musculos necesitan descanso para poder desarrollarse... En segundo lugar: Los cuadritos saldran a relucir cuando tu porcentaje de grasa este super bajito y no tengas o tengas muy poca grasa abdominal.. En tercer lugar: Recuerda que tienes mas musculos en el cuerpo y que trabajandolos tambien trabajas indirectamente la zona abdominal pues requieres de fuerza y lo primero que aprietas es el abdomen... o no? Reeeecomendacion: Lleva tu dieta al pie de la letra Trabaja de 2-3 veces por semana El te de genjibre, canela y limon es un excelente quemador natural, puedes optar por consumirlo. Pushups are one of my favorite exercises, they affect a lot of muscles and there’s so many variations you can do! My dad started me off doing pushups at a young age and I’ve always been able to do them. A lot of women struggle with pushups though. Start by practicing perfect form, even if you only get one! Knee pushups or “girly” pushups take out several of the muscles needed to do a full pushup. Perfect practice makes perfect. It doesn’t matter if you can do 50 knee pushups if you can’t do one full pushup. 💪😭 Don’t give up!! Try new moves in your workout routine, variety is a necessity for overall growth.
