I have been a diesel mechanic for 7 years now and I am very fortunate to work where I do. I am able to eat my meals when I need to as lo g as I am quick about it. Now you have to understand I eat a lot so shoveling all of that food in me is not easy sometimes. _____ It is something I have to do if I want to be a bodybuilder and be healthy. You need to find a meal plan that is sustainable to you and your job. Don't follow all of the new trends. Don't do a diet just because your best friend Bob is doing it. _____ Everyone is different and what works for them may not work for you. Hallo Ihr Lieben ♥, nach dem viele das Rezept wollten, bekommt Ihr es auch 😉 Low Carb und low fat Cabonara mit Zucchininudeln - eine kleine Zucchini - etwas gewürfelte Zwiebel - etwas Knoblauch (ich nehme Granulat) - Fettarmer gewürfelter Katenschinken 🥓 - Fettarme Milch 🥛 - etwas Frischkäse Light oder 4 Eßl. Parmesan - ein Eigelb 🥚 - Petersilie gehackt - Xantangum oder Guarkernmehl Also erst bereitet euch alles vor. Die Zucchini könnt ihr am besten mit dem Spiralschneider schneiden oder mit dem Schäler 😉. In einer Pfanne könnt ihr nun den Schinken, die Zwiebeln und den Knoblauch anbraten. Gebt etwas Milch in die Pfanne und dreht die Temperatur runter. Rührt etwas Frischkäse oder den Parmesan rein,gerne auch Pfeffer und gegebenenfalls noch etwas Milch. Jetzt die Zucchininudeln rein und Deckel drauf. Ca. 5 Min. Dämpfen bis Sie bissfest sind. Jetzt die Hitze weg nehmen und mit Xantangum, Eigelb und Petersilie unterrühren bis es sämig ist. Pull Day 🏋️‍♂️ . Had a new PT in the gym today, and we had some really constructive chats on different exercises, form, etc. . You should never be arrogant enough to close yourself off to development in this stuff 🙏 . There's the basics, but changing up time under tension, stopping points, etc is something where (correct me if I'm wrong) the evidence-based research we currently have is still, very much, open. . I.e. is 6 slow reps better, worse or the same as 10 standard reps 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ . Even if her first words to you, mid-set, in front of everyone, are: "Come on, what's that? Doesn't count if you don't fully extend!" . "Err ... Hi, I'm Rob. Do you mind if we leave this till after the set please?" 😂😂😂 . Anyway, here is this evening's Honey Glazed Roast Ham, Fried Salt n Pepper Tatties, and Griddled Corn on the Cob 🍽👅 . Context. . Nuts and Mango are fantastic in the context of MICROnutrients. Understandably, the "healthy food" label is applied. . McDonald's is not as great in the context of MICROnutrients. Understandably, the "dirty food" label is applied. . The issue I have with this context, is that it is not what's definitive to your body shape. . People think it is, because it makes sense. It flows nicely. It fits with what's imprinted on your mind from years of exposure to HEAT magazine and, sadly, fitness magazines. . People look at a certain "athletic" or "aesthetic" body type, like Abercrombie models, and there's this subconscious, predefined ideal in your mind that mangos and nuts led to that. . There's this mentally imprinted wishy-washy idea that to get the Ryan Reynolds-esque physique, it's based around trail mix, dried fruit and eating crouton-free chicken salads whilst balanced on 5 f*cking medicine balls. . People almost understand it, but then, when it comes down to it, still think I'll get fat by eating 500 calories of Ben & Jerry's every night. . When visiting, I have the same argument with my dad. I finally feel like I've made it clear... . Dad: "yeah yeah, cals in vs cals out". . I eat a bunch of chocolate. . "So is this part of this so-called diet then?" . 😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲 . That subconscious mental imprint of the "lean" look, the wide shoulders and narrow waist ... How you attain it ... it's still based around misinformation and misunderstanding. I understand this misconception. It's years and years and years of exposure to misinformation from the media. . MACROnutrients define your physique. . They can come from nuts, dried fruit, pizza hut, chocolate fudge cake, milk, chicken, veggies, beef ... every food. "Healthy" or not. . You choose which foods you like, you eat in a calorie surplus if you want to gain muscle, you eat in a calorie deficit if you want to lose fat, get enough vitamins, and you lift heavy... . Yes. Lift heavy if you want the "lean, athletic" look. YOU TOO LADIES. . So now, you've built the EXACT same amount of muscle as Brad Pitt, you're the EXACT same body fat %, but you still don't have the same shape? . Genetics. Sorry.
