Your body has this unique ability of surviving seen and unseen troubles whether it's by getting smarter, faster, or bigger. As there are alot of things in life that we see as normal, the body sometimes interpret it as a threat and respond by determining if we need to fight or take flight. This is actually a good thing because this will prevent alot of undesired result when we only have a few seconds to make swift decisions, like when something fall from a table and the only available option is for you to jump back in order to prevent it from hurting your foot. Whenever you decide to start exercising whether you're new at it or been doing it for years, you body see this as potential danger because of it causing you to be consistently out of breath or tired from lifting weights. Your body will resign itself to be able to easily perform tasks that is taking away so much of your energy, this is so you don't run out while doing your normal routine like walking or carrying things in addition to this extra one. You mind is the controller of what the body does or how it feels, which means stressing over the things you have no control over will have a negative effect it. This is why you should take time to clear your mind from junk that is burdening you by either solving the issue as soon as possible or learn to let it go as it'll fix itself. Make sure you get enough sleep as well as rest, you shouldn't spend every waking moment working or your body will start to demand more rest time. There's alot we fears in life that prevent us from doing everything we desire whether it's the fear of the unknown, fear of known consequences, or just fear itself. The biggest type of fear that we usually deal with on a daily basis is the fear of failing, mostly because we're taught that failing isn't the outcome we ever want to see. Sometimes we see failure as if that means we're a failure, which of course will want to make us question if we even want to try because no one wants to be associated as a failure. Even if it doesn't feel good to not be successful at everything we do on the first try, we should learn to accept failure as the main ingredient of success. It's understandable to not want to waste your time in life doing things you're not good at over and over again rather than do what you're naturally best at, but what if you decide not to let failing at anything you do new get you down and instead just go out there and fail on purpose? Imagine what will happen once you get over this fear and try something with full expectation that you will fail at it at some point, that's when you start failing at it alot less. You got to take alot of the pressure off of yourself in order to feel better about it, this will result in you actually making fewer mistakes compare to when you do because you're overthinking it. Failure lets us know have close we got until we reach the next level of success, which will also bring the next level of failing. There's so much in this world that can give us a lifetime worth of distractions, nowadays it wouldn't at all be hard to find due to the technology we have access to at the tips of our fingers like smartphones and social media. Whether we don't like what's currently going on, have alot of time we feel we have to waste, or just simply bored, there's many reason why we want to concentrate on something different from what our mind should be on. Sometimes the issue isn't that we need something that will satisfy us temporary, but that we need to travel a different pathway altogether because the current one is the cause of why we feel sick and tired of doing the same daily routines. There's alot of things when we was younger that gave us so much satisfaction in life due to the fact that we required so little during that time to stay fulfilled, but now we've outgrown it because of how predictable it has become. This is how you know it's time to reflect on what is it you want in life as you've gain more experiences from your environment, your mind is aware that there's much more options than you currently know of. Life is design to push you to your limits not to stop you from getting what you want, but to make you want to fight for it with all of your power. This is what will allow you to understand what's important enough in life that you're willing to put a little more effort in order to see it become a reality. The same things that make you feel like a failure before, will become what makes you feel like you can stand on top of the world with confident. Anyone can be mean to someone who is showing some hate toward them especially when it's for no good reason, the question is do you have the strength to show kindness even in these type of situations? Are you the type of person to return fire with an even bigger fire or would you rather put their flame out to the point they might even want to become your friend? To make it perfectly clear, it has nothing to do with being the bigger person at all but more that you got so much in your life to be thankful for to the point you don't want anything messing up your flow of positivity even if that person can't be happy for you. Kindness shows that their action have no control over you whatsoever and that you're going to be you regardless what happens. Some people don't deserve your time and energy, so the best way to not give it to them is to not react to anything they do that's spiteful. When you're kind to those even if they don't deserve it, there's going to be someone in this world who's going to make sure you get it back. In some cases in life, it's not money, skills, or even connection that will give you success but the kindness you show to everyone you meet whether friend or stranger. You never have to feel guilty of anything you say or do whenever you show kindness to people, because you know that you're putting your best foot forward not for the sake of the person, but for your own self. Everyone is born with greatness within them that can create a brighter future than today, it's just up to us if we want to let it shine or hide it in the shadows. We know there's something we could be doing right now that will positively impact all areas of our life, whether it's physical exercise, mental education, or financial investing. This can result in us giving up before allowing everything to work itself out, which does nothing but discourage us from trying again because we feel it's a waste of time. Water is one of the greatest source of life as it's a requirement to drink in order to survive, but even with knowing this we still don't get enough daily sometimes. It can be hard at times because it's much easier to drink coffee, hot tea, or energy drinks in order to get that extra boost we need to perform daily tasks. What we can do to change this habits is by slowly replacing other drinks with water while keeping in mind why we do this in the first place: our wellbeing heavily rely on it. Drinking water is a natural way of detoxifying your body because it washes the inside clean the same way it does with soap off dishes or dirt from a car. It's also known to promote positive weight loss as we feel less thirsty and more full when drinking it while eating. Our organs need water in order to allow our body to run smoothly whether its by pumping blood, helping filter toxic waste, or converting food into energy that our body can use similar to gas in a car. Our muscle use water to replace energy that's lost due to using up our strength and sometime even use it to become stronger in order to lift heavy objects easier. Sometimes we mistake our stomach growling for us being hungry when it's really asking for water. You might be in good health, but it's better to allow water to assist with it now rather than to wait until problems occurs due to consist dehydration. It will take more energy to maintain your health as your body age, water has the ability to prolong the efficiency it needs to make this happen. E x p e r i m e n t | Please give me your honest answer.. Have you already made the excuse that you don’t have enough time to get your movement fix (exercise) in before your day begins? Deal with the Kids, off to work or maybe you’re a Laptop zombie thats about to sit on your bum the rest of the day❓ . Anyway.. we all have time and sometimes it’s the ‘getting started’ bit that we struggle with, having to go to the gym to feel like we’ve achieved something or making it to a class, or even turning on YouTube to hit your goals...❓ . All I’m saying is.. if you’re making excuses a lot, then blaming yourself and others that you’re not getting enough time... stop! You have time. . In the time it’s taken you to read this essay caption on my post (sorry not sorry) You could have taken some full Mindful breaths, had a little wiggle, stretched, twisted and flowed into some badass moves (just like the ones above)🕺🏽to start your day in a positive way, lift your ‘vibes’ and be ready for a kickass day. FACT! . Who’s got excuses for me? TAG someone that would love to wake up like this 💯 . DON’T WORRY THERE’S STILL TIME!!! . Thanks for watching 💁🏽‍♂️ Now go make it happen ✌🏽
