Veggie soup is one of my favorite go tos because it is soooo easy and so nutritious. I can’t think of an easier way to get so many delicious veggies and herbs into one dish and it actually taste ahhhhhmazing 🙌 .
Veggie soup also allows you to be creative 👩🏼🎨 and use up whatever veggies you have on hand or that maybe going bad. .
Chop up all of your veggies (can also use frozen ones too!) and add in some bone broth (I ❤️ @ beef 🥩 for the deep flavor, gelatin, and protein 💪), 1 can of organic diced tomatoes 🍅, and whatever seasonings and herbs 🌿 you prefer. It is literally that simple! No rules or precise measuring needed. .
For this soup batch I used: carrots 🥕 we picked from @, sweet potato 🍠, red cabbage, can of diced green chilis, green beans, parsley, turmeric, cumin, pink salt, pepper, and mushroom 🍄 powder by @ and @ but you can feel free to use whatever you have on hand and like!
