I am NOT perfect.
Generally when people find out I’m a Dietitian they think I have it all figured out and I meal plan and prep all the time but I really don’t. I am trying to be better about doing this like everyone else. Although I am an RD, I am also a busy mom and I cheat sometimes too; ✋🏼 however, this is not a cheat post. This is more about me not having time to fix breakfast this morning because it was my kid’s picture day and I had to blow dry her hair. 😋
This is about not destroying your nutrition plan when you eat out. One of my breakfast go tos at Starbucks if I don’t have time to cook in the morning and didn’t prep the night before is the egg white bites. They are delish and healthy.
Nutritionals for two (I generally get four): 170 calories, 7 gm fat, 13 gm carbs, 13 gm protein
*Sodium is high 500 mg - generally premade items are so this is why I don’t do this always!
