Best time of the year - JANUARY in Sydney:) I enjoyed a tropical start in the day with this deliciousness. NOTE: If you are living on the other side of the equator you might get a bit warmer by tasting a bit of summer ;)
INGREDIENTS: 1 cup activated quick oats, 1,5 cup soy milk, sweetener of your choice (I use 2 tbsp date paste), 1 tsp chia seeds, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp cinnamon , 1 tsp coconut flakes, 1 cup pineapple, eatable flowers
INSTRUCTION: Soak the oats 12+ hours in water with a dash of apple cider vinegar over night. Drain oats in the morning, cook 3 minutes with soy milk. When oats are cooked, ad 1/2 cup of the pineapple, sweetener (date paste), cinnamon, ginger and a pinch of salt, add water if needed and serve in a bowl. Top it with pineapple,chia seeds, coconut flakes & eatable flowers.
