Add some crunch to your porridge. :) I found some naughty apple granola in my shelf, better you make your own crispy muesli but sometime you are allowed to cheat ;) INGREDIENTS: 1 cup activated rolled oats, 1 cup water, 1 cup soy milk, sweetener of your choice (I used date paste), 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 apple, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp hempseeds, 1 tsp psyllium husk, 1 tsp coconut flakes, 1-2 tsp crunchy granola muesli INSTRUCTIONS: Soak the oats 12+ hours in water with a dash of apple cider vinegar over night. Drain oats in the morning, cook 3 minutes with water and soy milk, when oats are cooked, ad 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ad sweetener (or date paste and a pinch of salt, add water if needed. Dice apple and ad to your porridge, cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve porridge in a bowl, top it with hemp seeds, psyllium husk, coconut & granola.
