5 days a week l practice intermittent fasting and miss this breakfast so much. Made it on Saturday on my way to Port Arlington. Perfect jar breakfast. Cayenne pepper and cacao chia pudding with coconut yoghurt and gluten free muesli. Add some berries and a tbsp if nut butter and feel satisfied for hours. If you want a great chia pudding recipe and love the chilli chocolate blend let me know. This one is so easy and can be kept in the fridge ready to go for days.
Great source of omega 3 and protein.
