Alright, I barely made it to day 6, but I did. And then I ate this salad.
FIRST: I feel much better fasting.
My joints feel great, I detox like crazy(and there’s a lot yet to be detoxed), day 5 was wonderful. Full of energy, much clearer thinking.
Then I ate this salad.
Full disclosure: it was very early in the morning. In hind sight, I would have done with out the cheese and about half the volume.
The celery was great, and that is a soy free veganase dip I made. I have this dinner tonight, my game plan is vegetables and olive oil.
I really want coffee with cream, but I also want to fast until dinner. Just took my thyroid medicine so I’ve got half an hour to figure that out. One thing I’ve never done with keto is keeping track of my macros. Who wants to do that? I can come up with a lot of excuses why I don’t have time but if I want to be successful with keto just have to do it. I’ll keep you posted on my progress with that😬
