So it's not exactly a "fry up", because nothing here was fried at all. And of course, I don't have the dismembered body parts of murdered animals on here - but did I compromise on taste and satisfaction? No I did not! This cooked breakfast is just one example of all the many different variations that you can do in the morning. I have wholemeal toast with dairy free butter, steamed spinach, avocado, hash browns and Sainsbury's reduced sugar & salt baked beans.
But it is still possible to have the taste of meat & eggs in the morning, minus the cruelty. Simply add vegan sausages (there are so many out there now) make a tofu scramble, and pick up some 'Vbites' bacon rashers from H&B, and if tomatoes and mushrooms are your thing, throw them in the mix too.
