Do you love brunch? At home we do and every time we have guests over they can be assured they are going to enjoy a homemade one 🙈
I still think the recipe for success is including something savoury (accompanied by great bread), something sweet, great coffee and/or tea. Do you agree?
📝 What we served this time:
1. Savoury: cured meat ( #llonganissa), mature cheddar cheese (something local 😊), with a side of ripe tomatoes to spread on the bread with olive oil ( #paambtomaquet)
2. Sweet: blueberry muffins and a tray with honey, homemade strawberry jam and butter (unsalted)
3. Campaillou bread (from @gatineau.ltd ) which works great with both savoury and sweet food. We also added some bread sticks for the cheese.
4. Freshly brewed coffee
✔️ Recently I shared a post for the blueberry muffins. Check it out if you want to make them and let me know if you have any questions!!
✔️ We drink coffee from #theloveofcoffee , we buy the beans and grind at home ✔️ We served Godminster vintage organic cheddar which is very richand buttery (@godminster )
