One of the most frequently asked questions I get is, “How do you find time with 4 kids to workout?” The truth is, it’s a choice. Whether you have kids or not, we all have the same 24 hours in a day. We can all choose to justify how busy we are and use our current life stage as an excuse to put it off until later, or we could turn our excuses into REASONS.
Here’s what I’ve learned. It’s not easy to feel uncomfortable in your own skin. It’s not easy to wake up in the morning and struggle to find clothes that fit or constantly feel low on energy and out of shape. Or think about you would love to lose 20 pounds.
It’s also not easy to make time to work out and eat healthier. It takes consistency, hard work, and sacrifice.
If both options are hard, why not choose the one where you get a result in the end that makes you feel amazing?
The thing that helps me to make this choice daily, is remembering my WHY. I don’t workout to look a certain way or be a certain size.
Sure, those things are nice perks, but the true reason I show up for myself everyday is for the four kids in this photo and their dad who is standing behind the camera. I want to feel my best physically, emotionally, and spiritually so that I can be the best version of myself when I’m serving my family!
When your WHY is big enough, you will find your HOW! 💪🏼🙌🏻
Also? It helps that my workout program is just 4 days a week for 30 - 40 minutes! PERFECT for busy people who want great results! Since we have been on vacation this weekend, I am extending my early bird special through July 2nd for our July 16th boot camp where we will be leading our very first group through this 4 day program! Comment below with the emoji that describes your day today and I will message you details!
