🔔 BULKY BACK 🔔 Vi aggiorno un po’ su come sta procedendo la mia off season: Peso che oscilla tra i 72 e i 73 kg. Calorie tornate alte, più o meno sulle 4000 erotte giornaliere. Fame presente. Forza tanta, mai avuta così tanta forza come in questo periodo. Feeling in allenamento con i carichi e focus mentale direi ottimale. Pump presente. Tutto sommato sono soddisfatto di come sta procedendo questo bulk, l’obiettivo è sempre quello fissato in partenza, ovvero i 75 kg, da lì poi imposterò i mesi a seguire. Credo di non essermi mai sentito così bene e così in sintonia con il mio corpo. Per accogliere al meglio le feste e l’inverno, vi propongo una ricetta vista e rivista, ma leggermente modificata secondo i miei gusti e gli ingredienti che avevo in casa! CIOCCOLATA CALDA PERE 🍐 E NOCI -15 gr cacao amaro -1 purea di pera -3 noci -10 gr fecola di patate -acqua Mescolare la fecola, il cacao e l’acqua e mettere tutto sul fuoco. Mescolare finché inizia a rapprendersi, poi aggiungere la purea. Aggiungere acqua per aggiustare la consistenza! Sbriciolate le noci dentro e gustate calda oppure fredda, tipo budino 🍮 Senza latte è ancora più leggera e si sente un sacco il cacao! Just a lil clip of me getting tea bagged by my spotter today....🍆🤔😂 - Hit a confident PB today of 9 reps at 100kg bench, which actually really annoyed me because I may have over achieved my target (8 reps) but I also finished on an odd number and my head didn't like that 🙃 - Set myself a lil goal of 100kg for 12 by the end of this bulk to challenge myself abit more (plus fits nicely with my target rep ranges) 🙌🔥

Took last week off to do my Christmas shopping. It’ll be spotty at best this week because I’d like to wrap presents before Christmas Eve. We’ll see. Chest day today. Slow going. Weights were heavy. #spartantips Cúando se trata de entrenar bíceps es vital tener en cuenta 3 cosas. 1) utiliza un peso que sea genere esfuerzo pero que se pueda ejecuta con la técnica adecuada. 2) no balancear el pezo o usar momento para realizar la repetición. 3) el tope de la contraccion es arriba si siente que a medida que sube el peso es más fácil no es porque eres genial es porque lo estás haciendo mal. Earned or given? ⚠️ ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Das ist immer der Punkt im Kraftsport an dem sich die Geister scheiden. Wie viel ist harte Arbeit und viel ist Talent/harte Arbeit. In meinenn Augen ist es hauptsächlich harte Arbeit einen guten Körper zu bekommen, zu den Besten zu gehören allerdings die Genetik. Nach 3 Jahren Training kann ich nur sagen, dass ich Stärken und Schwächen habe, aber wie gut oder schlecht meine Genetik ist kann ich nicht beurteilen. Was ich aber sagen kann ist, dass ich Aufopferung für diesen Sport betrieben habe. Und an dem Punkt ist die Genetik egal: WENN man harte Arbeit reinsteckt bekommt man dementsprechende Ergebnisse.
