Today I learned you look much better flexing as hard as you can in the mirror after cardio than you do actually doing cardio 😂 . Today was a fuck around and get your heart rate high kind of workout so here’s what I did: . Pick an exercise machine and set a calorie goal to hit every minute- I chose the Assault Bike and shot for 12 calories every minute for 10 minutes . Hill sprints: we have a weird tread climber at home so I used that but run as fast as you can until you fatigue, rest 30 seconds, repeat for 5-10 rounds . Boxing!!! I’m no boxer so nitpick my form all you want. I know not everyone has a punching bag but if you do just go at it for as long as you need to until your stress goes away. It’s literally the most fun cardio you can do. Make sure to use gloves and wraps if you have them to make sure your wrists and hands stay as safe as possible . That’s it! I’m the kind of person who gets bored very quickly during cardio so I need new and challenging things to keep me going. Para mais dicas fitness e receitas como essa segue aí @FITFLAVIO ❤😍 ⠀ ⏩ INGREDIENTES (bolo): 👉 1 banana madura amassada 👉 1 ovo 👉 2 colheres de sopa de farinha de aveia 👉 2 colheres de sopa de xylitol/eritritol (ou outro adoçante) 👉 1 colher de sopa de leite líquido (tanto faz se integral ou desnatado) 👉 1 colher de café de manteiga ou oleo de coco 👉 Canela a gosto 👉 1 colher de cafe de fermento ⠀ ⏩ RECHEIO: 👉 1 colher de sopa de doce de leite zero açúcar (usei o da linea) ⠀ ________________________________________________ ⠀ ⏩ MODO DE PREPARO: 👉 Primeiramente, coloque a colher de doce de leite em um pratinho e leve ao congelador por uns 20 minutos para ficar bem firme 👉 Misture todos os ingredientes da massa (exceto o fermento) com um garfo mesmo, até ficar homogêneo 👉 Depois acrescente o fermento e misture delicadamente 👉 Unte uma forma (untei com manteiga e farinha de arroz). A forma que eu usei foi a ramequim pequena/média. 👉 Coloque a massa, depois acrescente no centro o doce de leite que colocou no congelador 👉 Leve ao forno (pre aquecido) por aproximadamente 20 minutos em 210°. Verifica se está pronto antes de tirar, enfie um garfo nas laterais (pois no centro tem o doce de leite), se sair limpo, está pronto! 👉 Em cima coloquei um pouquinho mais de doce de leite e canela 😋 ⠀ Créditos @analetlima ⠀ 📌📝 Quem aí já vai fazer esse fim de semana essa sobremesa top? 😍

Whats up everybody, I want yall to acknowledge my online client Cameron. - This man has a crazy ass work schedule, just got his masters in psychology, just finished grad school, and now he’s going in for a SECOND masters in healthcare administration AND was also moving during this process 😭😭😭 Talk about a badass! - When he first started it was a little tough getting him into gear (which I expected because change isn’t easy for anyone but ultimately leads to growth) but after about a month. This man was focused, determined and willing to do whatever the hell it took for him to get to his end goal! - He has been with me for a about 22 weeks and has no plan to stop soon, he wants that SIX PACK BABY, I am so beyond stoked to see his final results as he should be. - It is such an honor to work with him, its like a different person each week when he checks in. I literally have to go back in my emails just to make sure its the right guy 🤣 - What has made Cameron so successful throughout this journey? - 1.) Everything I told him to do, he implemented it. - 2.) He goes all out in his sets, I am not joking, sometimes I have to tell him to chill out because I am afraid he’ll hurt himself 😂👏🏼 - 3.) This man does not complain. Not one bit and thats another reason why I love working with him. - When I tell people, “the way you look is the way you feel and the way you perform” so when i say this, when he started making all of these #gainz THATS when he started getting all of these offers on promotions at his job, and then thats when he decided to take his education to another level and get his second masters!!! - If this man can do this with his crazy schedule, I guarantee that YOU can. Ultimately when it comes down to it, YOU have to know what your goals are and where you want to be. Aber warum nicht zeigen, dass man sich wirklich anstrengt? Warum so tun als wäre alles so einfach und man könne es mit nem schönen Detoxtea und ein paar Bizepscurls erreichen? Ganz einfach, es geht ums Marketing. Wie viele würden verschreckt werden, wenn auf einem Trainingsprogrammcover ein Mensch abgebildet würde, der sich wirklich anstrengt? Sehr Viele! Das ist auch der Grund warum viele ihre Diäten etc. abbrechen. Sie glauben es ist alles so einfach wie es gezeigt wird. Throwback ⚠ ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Aus Fehlern lernt man. Kennt jemand die Stimmungsschwankungen nach einer langen Diät? Auf dem Bild habe ich noch ca. 68kg gewogen, also viel zu wenig. Ich bin innerhalb von 4,5 Monaten von 83kg mit 25% KFA auf 68kg mit etwa 11% runtergegangen. War das gut? Fraglich. Bereue ich es? Nein. Man wird mit jeder Erfahrung stärker. Besonders zum Ende hin war ich ein richtiges Arschloch. Andere fragen sich vllt. "Warum stellt der sich so an? Das waren doch nur 11%". Heute vergleiche ich das gerne mit dem Fahrradfahren. Am Anfang ist man auch oft hingefallen, ist oft in Büsche und wackelig gefahren, bis man es endlich raus hatte. So ist es auch bei Diäten. Never skip legday ⚠ ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Jeder hat diesen einen Freund, der mit Eifer trainiert und mit Eifer die Beine skippt 😂 Ist das aber wirklich so schlimm wie alle sagen? Aus ästhetischer Sicht meiner: JA! Es gibt m.M.n. nichts schlimmeres als den Oberkörper eines Halbgotts, aber die Beine eines 3 Jährigen. Aber gibt es da noch einen Haken? Ja, beim Beintraining werden am meisten Wachstumshormone ausgeschüttet. Dadurch bekommt ihr zwar nicht direkt einen 50er Oberarm, aber Potenzial muss ja nicht verschenkt werden! Und dann gibt es noch die, die sagen, dass sie ja schon Fußball spielen. Aber es sollte ja wohl klar sein, dass man durch einen Ausdauersportart nicht eine so ausgeprägte Beinmuskulatur aufbauen kann. Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard ⚠ ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Besonders im Kraftsport dreht sich immer um die Genetik. "Der hat ne bessere Genetik als ich" usw. Aber ist das alles? Nein. Es gibt bestimmt so viele, die eine bessere Veranlagung haben, aber nichtmal trainieren und es deswegen nicht herausfinden 😂 Ständig dieselbe Ausrede zu bringen, dass man niemals besser sein kann als Xy aufgrund der Genetik. Klar haben bestimmt einige eine bessere Genetik als ich, aber soll ich deswegen den Kopf in den Sand stecken und nichts mehr tun? Ich denke nicht 😂 Zunächst sollte man erstmal aufhören ständig Ausreden zu suchen. Dann kann man erst das Optimum aus sich rausholen. Und schließlich muss man lernen sich mit den Voraussetzungrn abfinden, da man sonst nur daurhaft unzufrieden ist. Zeitmangement ⚠ ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ Das Semester ist wieder in vollem Gange und dementsprechend auch die Zeit wieder knapper. Oft stellt sich die Frage wie man alles unterbekommen soll. Meistens nur eine Frage der Planung. Selbstverständlich gibt es Tage an denen es keinem zuzumuten wäre noch ins Gym zu gehen, aber ich denke das ist die Ausnahme. Wir haben alle dieselben 24h und jeder ist selbst dafür verantworlich wie er sie nutzt. Ich war z.B. heute morgen früh im Gym, damit zeitlich keine Reibungspunkte entstehen. Vorgekocht habe ich gestern schon und Einkaufen war ich noch vor dem Gym. Jetzt sitze ich in der Bibliothek und arbeite meine To-do Liste ab. Mit ein bisschen Planung kann man so viel leichter durch den Tag kommen.
