🔥Embracing the bulk cheeks!!💥⁣ ⁣ -Woke up this morning at 170lbs😳 that is literally the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life lol and I’m still relatively pretty lean! I must be doing something right😎 All about them lean gains baby💪🏻👊🏻⁣ ⁣ -That deload week suited me actually pretty well. My strength went up on a few of my compound movements. (Deadlift + 10lbs, OHP + 5lbs and even my weak ass chest went up 5lbs) Doesn’t seem like significant weight but trust me, that shit makes a HUGE difference. Little numbers matter. ⁣ ⁣ Hope you guys are having a great start to the week! No bullshit this week, let’s just get the work done. No excuses😈 ⁣ ⁣ -Tonight calls for some Cocoa pebble peanut butter pancakes 😁 🍫🥞 ⁣ ⁣ -Still eating my favorite foods while still staying lean.💪🏻 I’m coming on to something 👀

Workin on the horseshoes 🤙🏼. . . Underhand pushdowns are by far my favorite movement for the long head of the triceps. Make sure to stay bent over and keep your arms out in front of you. Also, like most isolation movements, keep the weight moderate and focus on the contraction 🔥

Everyone can find 20-30 minutes a couple times a week to do some form of exercise. ————————————————— Even if it requires getting up a little earlier and lifting before the sun comes up. We were able to hit 16 sets of legs this morning in less than 30 minutes. High intensity with little to no rest.

Ite so boom. 2 weeks in. Just over 2kg down. Still mostly water weight but we keep pushing. Weight loss is not over night. Nor is there some miraculous short cut. But since we’re on the topic of miracles I’ve spoken to a lot of people recently about divine intervention. People are always waiting for a miracle to happen to them or for God to change their lives and answer their prayers so to say. And i’m just here to tell you he does. Hold out hope. The fact you are alive today is the work of God. In the time you have closed your eyes to sleep last night and opened them up again this morning, an estimated 50,500 people didn’t have that luxury. And if you ask me, the fact that you did suggests to me that God has plans for you still. Thousands went to work today and will not make it home. The fact that you can read this is a miracle. So stop waiting for miracles to happen because your being here is a miracle. Your sight and understanding to read this, a miracle. So consider every day a blessing. A new opportunity to not waste the miracle and duty that God has bestowed upon you. Hope this can shift your perspective a little and I wish you all blessings and prosperity. Why urine testing, AND POLYGRAPH TESTING, is the best approach for trying to ensure fair DRUG-FREE competition. Did you know... Competitors can USE ANABOLIC STEROIDS leading up to a show and PASS A URINE TEST! A good number of anabolic steroids are no longer detectable in urine within a few weeks of last use (some in as little as a few days!). Competitors could get off steroids only a few weeks before a contest and not get caught with urine testing alone. Plus, growth hormone can't be detected in standard anabolic urine tests, so competitors could use human growth hormone all the way up to a contest and not get caught with a urine testing alone! And did you also know... BIKINI COMPETITORS make up approximately half of the competitors who HAVE NOT PASSED POLYGRAPH TESTS at OCB shows! Use of banned substances is not always about gaining massive size. Some substances are used to help trim up and show more shape, which would be significant unfair advantages, even in the Bikini category. Using polygraph testing in addition to urine testing, like OCB does, enables screening competitors for use of ALL banned substances, and over an extended period of time, such as OCB's 7-year drug-free policy. Plus, polygraph testing in place alone serves as a strong deterrent. Drug users are much less likely to even try to compete in shows that are polygraph tested. Gaining phase complete for @gets_174u who’s initial goal was to gain some muscle mass (bulking phase) before going through a cut (dieting phase). - We hear the term ‘bulking’ being thrown around a lot, but what does ‘bulking’ really entail? Body builders do it best during their offseason, the aim is usually to increase muscle tissue and size. This can be achieved through a process of managing an increased calorie (food) intake and progressive resistance training. - The strategic increase in calories provides the body with more energy, and recovery capacity, to be able to perform better in the gym and thereby maximise muscle growth. - Although we want an increase in calories, as this will amplify performance in the gym and recovery, it is beneficial to do this through sensible food choices. Reckless approach to calorie intake could impair other important factors (sleep, digestion, energy etc) - On a final note, the muscle building process is not restricted to males. Females who are looking to increase muscle mass in certain areas of their body can utilise this process effectively.
