Activating my muscles, and the CORRECT muscles especially is going to be one of the hardest aspects of my rehab back to ballet. My body has changed so much especially in the abdominal region, so it all feels very different! These exercises may look very simple, but it's the not moving certain areas that's the most challenging and that will bring the most benefit.
