Breakfast this morning before a hike on my favorite trails 🌲 oats cooked in almond milk + 1 tsp chia seeds topped with banana 🍌, berries, pomegranate seeds, @purely_elizabeth granola, and drizzled with @traderjoes cookie butter 🍪 also a homemade matcha 🍵 latte on the side which I am currently obsessed with!! .
Matcha latte - boil 2 cups water or almond milk on the stove. Meanwhile, in a high speed blender (I use @vitamix) add 1 packet @vitalproteins matcha collagen peptides, 1/2 tsp @fourthandheart ghee butter, 1/2 Tbsp coconut butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp @sunpotion ashwaghanda powder, and 1 tsp @bulletproof MCT oil. Add liquid once it’s boiling and blend on high for amount a minute. Enjoy!
