Every now and then I enjoy treating myself with a treat 😍 Coming from Europe, food is a big part of everyday life, of culture, connection and of coming together for that meal, for that celebration. I notice time and time again how much this notion is running through my veins. Food is special and fresh & beautiful ingredients are to be celebrated and enjoyed.
So sometimes when I feel like it I might get creative in the kitchen and come up with a new recipe for a cake and when I do it might be drizzled with this incredible caramel sauce. Made from organic raw butter and local honey with some extra coconut sugar, it is so lush and decadent and really special! Also really nice swirled through avocado chocolate mousse, paleo fudgy brownies or on top of chia pudding!
