Woaaaahh! Chickpea and peanut from my new Natural Baking book from @ Oh boy, I can't wait to gobble these up... I mean, share them with my friends 🙄 I put some chopped peanuts in because peanuts, but had to swap the vanilla seeds for vanilla essence because I couldn't find any pods 🙁. There is no flour in this cake, the dough is mashed chickpeas, peanut and cashew butter, maple syrup and baking powder. That's it - nothing but protein and fat, apart from the sugar in the syrup, and the chocolate that goes in for chocolateness, of course. So apart from the chocolate, which can be swapped, this is pretty !
