In Aikido as well as in any other Martial Art there are some fundamental basic principles and steps of technique which must always to be done during technique application. If not, then technique loses it's content and becomes no more effective. Step - 1. Establish physical contact between you and your opponent. No matter if it's a grasp or punch. Also no matter if you attack or attacked( I mean no matter if you grasp or grasped). Step - 2. Through physical contact establish permanent and stable tension between your opponents center and your own center. Keep this tension from the beginning till the end of technique application. In order to provide this, use the change in the distance by the body movement, and hips rotation. Step - 3. Using tension between two centers, break your opponents balance. Shifting his center away from balancing area of his hips. Step - 4. Only now and never before this point you could and you have to apply technique. Any technique or variation of technique which ideally suits in this definite case. Step - 5. Keep controlling your opponent and situation around you. Pay attention! I explained the steps of technique application not the method or the definite technique. En ce qui me concerne : je suis TRES faible😉 et ouais t as vu je suis humble et modeste. T es choqué?😂 Les moyens en ce bas monde sont indéniablement des forces. Elle peuvent etre physiques, financieres et mentales. Et je te conseil tres vivement de faire preuve d'au moins une de ces 3 forces.❌✖ Ha tu es tres bien comme tu es? T as une vie de famille pénard bien au chaud? Ça à l'air chouette☻ Maintenant, imagines quelqu'un comme moi, ou pir, sort de l'enfer viole ta femme et tue ton gamin sous ton regards impuissants, sans que tu n'ai pu faire quoi que ce soit, t'es toujours aussi bien là?🙃 Haaa pourquoi ça t'arriverais? J ai envi de te demander "et pourquoi pas"? 🤡J O K E R 🤙🏾🙃 Voila avec quoi je m'echauffe : premiere truc que je fais c'est ce machin là : assez content de mon endurance. Endurance🕺🏾 hein @healthy.be.happy " j ai mis mes chaussttes j ai bien bu " t as vu? 😂😂😂 Blagues à part voila à quoi me servent mon masque et mes poids aux chevilles que je met à la salle. Je me moque de ce que ça developpe, ça parle de CO2 d hypoxie, de globule rouge et de mots de plus de 4 syllabes, moi franchement j m'en balance. c'est juste une difficulté supplémentaire. Entrainement difficile guerre facile. Et je suis en guerre contre ma propre faiblesse. Je ne lui laisse aucunes chances. Aucunes pitié☻ Imagines quelqu'un qui te hais avec la plus grande intensité, qui pendant que tu fais ton maximum pour etre la personne que tu veut etre, ce quelqu'un te prend par la gorge et serre tres fort en te mettant en plus la main sur la bouche et parce que ça ne suffit pas, te tiens les pieds. C est comme ça que je vois ma faiblesse. Et là t'auras une petite idée de ce que je me met pendant mes entrainements avec mon équipement.✴ Tu vois les petite perfs que je tabasse genre 160 kg au épaules, 90kg au curl barre pupitre, 120kg par bras au tirage dos, mes 3h de cardio, mes exos de streetworkout et j'en passe biensur toutes avec mon masque... Imagines ce que ça donne quand je suis à plein poumons. Ça y est t as le tableau? J'enleve ma muzzeliere que quand je prend le truc au vraiment au serieux. Où je sais qu'il me faudra tous mes moyens, toute ma puissance. En d'autre termes je ne l enleve que devant mon maitre ou en de tres tres rare occasions😉 1m87, 90kg 🤙🏾 Ici toute mes bases en un seul enchainements. Zen. Aller retour parce que la vie est douce comme le miel 😋
