🚨How to Eliminate STRESS EATING by @corebodyfitness - I recently asked everyone what one of their biggest struggles was when it comes to reaching their fitness goals. Stress eating was the number one response I received back. - At the end of the day, this is actually a super simple easy to mange. Not saying it won’t be hard in the beginning. It very well could be for some. The good news it’s it really comes down to a few simple things. - The biggest reason you are stress eating, is you do not have a set plan and goals. Most people may just go on day to day with out knowing what or where they’re going. You need to have some structure. - Think about. Everything important and that you enjoy has structure or a plan. Even an full time pilot that flys the same route daily, follows a flight plan. Once you know the plan and actually have it written down (and look at it daily) It will. E much easier to stay the course. - Even when you fall off, experience turbulence, or road blocks, you know the path you have to get back on. Make that your first priority. - Second big factor is you need to track your macros and make sure you’re eating enough and right. If you don’t fuel your body adequately, you’re going to crave things more often. Hope you’re having a great day! - Intuitive eating is all about listening to your body and understanding that your diet is not all or nothing. - There is no need to label something “good” or “bad” and trying to avoid all those foods which in your mind you have already discarded. Simple recipe that I adore! Macros: •Cals: 147 •Protein: 4 •Carbs: 32 •Others: iron, calcium, Vit A & C, and sodium Meal 1: Utensils: •1 Cup •1/4 cup •steamer Ingrediants: •one Sweet potato (size is your choice) •1 cup of mixed vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, broccoli/ or your choice) •1/4 cup of veggies your choice(I choice carrots) Prep: preheat your steamer over water. Put it up to high or around there. After water is boiling at your sweet potato after cleaning and cutting it as you please(I leave it whole and cut the ends off and slice it a few times on top). Put it in there for around 45 minutes, but check it. After 45, stick a fork into it. If it goes in smoothly it's cooked, if you have to force it in, cook longer. Add your veggies and cook for additional 5. The broccoli with be soft, cauliflower will be semi, and carrots will be hard but hot.(I hate my carrots being soft.)
