So this week calls for a change. I feel like I'm not really getting anywhere at the moment. From the advice of adam d as of this week I will be on a daily average of 1600 calories. 4 days of the week I will be on 1300 calories and 3 days a week I will be on 2000 calories. From what I understand your body doesn't want you to lose weight (it likes the fat for survival) so it can cause your hormones to interfere with weight loss. By calorie cycling (alternating the daily total) it should help to reset your hormone balance which will hopefully aid weight loss. Din dins! Tried my hand at hasselback potatoes, wasn’t the best but I know where I went wrong. Used @eatlean protein cheese which didn’t melt amazingly but tasted great.
