Tag a mate, hit save and try these fast and easy [under 600 calorie] recipes to fit your nutritional needs 🔥. - - 🍫Chocolate, PB & Berry Porridge: - - 1️⃣ Add 50g of oats and 200ml of almond milk into a microwaveable bowl before zapping for 3 minutes. 2️⃣ Add 1 tbsp of dark cacao powder, 1 tsp of honey before mixing in before adding 30g of peanut butter, 25g of blueberries, 1/2 a fog and 25g of raspberries. 🍝Turkey Ragu: - - 1️⃣ Add 10ml olive oil to preheated pan before adding 125g turkey mince, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp dried oregano. Cool on a high heat for 3 minutes until it starts to brown. 2️⃣ Meanwhile, bring a saucepan of water to the boil before adding 125g fusilli and simmer for 6-8 minutes until tender. 3️⃣ Chop up 1 red pepper and 5 mushrooms before adding to turkey mince with 250ml tomato passata and spinach. Reduce heat and stir regularly for a further 10 minutes 4️⃣ Drain fusilli before adding to turkey mince ragu. Then season with black pepper. - - 🐟Paprika Salmon & Sweet Potato Wedges - - 1️⃣ Pre-heat oven to 220 degrees C. Meanwhile, mix up 10ml olive oil, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp dried basil & salt before coating on a 125g salmon fillet. 2️⃣ Cut 200g of sweet potato into wedges before adding to a foiled baking tray with the seasoned salmon. Roast for 20 minutes. 3️⃣ Add a handful of spinach to serving plate before adding cooked salmon & sweet potato. - - 🍗Chicken Satay Stir Fry: - - 1️⃣ Preheat pan before adding 10ml of olive oil and 150g of chopped chicken breast. Cook for 5 minutes on high heat. 2️⃣ Reduce heat before adding 50g of peanut butter, 20ml soy sauce & 20ml of water. Mix in to chicken before adding a handful of spinach. 1 chopped spring onion and 1 chopped red onion.
