Only like to lift??? Don’t stop conditioning. Incorporate it whenever you can. I know some of us may not like it 🙋‍♂️ but it really has some awesome benefits. Like improving muscle blood flow, recovery, cardiovascular health,etc. Program it in. Stop getting winded with a short flight of stairs when you’re out and about. (J/k I really secretly like conditioning 😉. 20min of: 3 M.U., 5 rubber bands (brutal), 10ft handstand walk and 1 run. -4 rounds completed 😅-

Rowing machine. Every once in a while I like to switch between exercises. Today after few weeks I jumped back on rowing machine. In the end of my routine I did 5 sprints of 500m. O que é o ômega-3? É um ácido graxo poli-insaturado essencial (uma gordura que nosso corpo precisa, mas não consegue produzir) que pode ser obtida de origem animal ou vegetal, importante na saúde cardiovascular, cerebral, visual e na gestação. Esto es una toracotomia. La cual consiste en que los músculos pectorales y los músculos intercostales se cortan y las costillas se retraen. Exponiendo el corazón. Con el corazón expuesto los cirujanos pueden suturar rápidamente cualquier laceración del miocardio y bombear el corazón manualmente ( masaje cardiaco abierto) observe las suturas que se colocaron justo al lado del pulgar del cirujano. El masaje cardiaco abierto puede realizarse en raras ocasiones en el servicio de urgencias y esta indicado si se observa actividad cardiaca ausente o inadecuada después de una toracotomia para descomprimir el taponamiento pericardico ( espontanea, postquirurgica, o de una diseccion aortica) o un paro cardiaco después de una cirugía de tórax reciente.
