Guys... Today, I woke up in the 160’s
It’s been a really, REALLY long time since I’ve weighed that low. (Like senior year of H.S)
Before starting the 30 Days I was 178 pushing 180 pounds.. 2 1/2 weeks later I’m down to 167!!! I always preach that WEIGHT DOES NOT EQUAL HAPPINESS but being healthy and feeling good DOES.
The number on the scale is a guide for me with my health. -
I was tired of being sluggish, feeling lazy, being tired and being bloated.
If you know me and have known me my whole life I was always trying something knew to lose weight.
Atkins, slim fast, special K, weight loss pills, “fat burners”, waiting all day to eat, paleo && I even tried the keto diet for a little 😅 what even REMOTELY helped me out to lose weight and feel good, was Beachbody and Shakeology, even then I didn’t feel THIS good. (I’m not hating every body is different) -
I’m eliminating foods that my body doesn’t need nor want from my diet and it’s been amazing! I’m not starving, I’m not hungry 24/7, I don’t eat bland foods, I don’t have to just drink pressed juices all day, like this is a real LIFESTYLE y’all.
I’m still eating yummy foods but I’m also detoxing from the 22 years of putting junk in my body. -
Do I still eat pizza? YUP.
Do I still have treats? YUP.
Do I still get to eat GOOD food? YUP.
I wouldn’t do something that forced me to give up all the yummy foods & you shouldn’t have to either. —
