One Hand Dumbbell Press ➖ ➖ ➖ One of my favorite workouts to include in my chest workouts is the one hand dumbbell press. This works with both incline and flat. These have many benefits, for one it is a great way to weed out any imbalances that you may have between the right or left side. Legs making progress but I did realise my side sweep is lacking so I’m going to train in that today with hamstrings • I’m still not sure what direction I want to go in, I’m trying to eat a lot but it’s not enough to be doing a good bulk, could do a lean bulk • I envy the people that can eat and eat want eat and they don’t get full! Для одного человека нормой, при которой он сохраняет хорошее самочувствие и работоспособность, является АД 100/60, для другого 130/90. Это называется «рабочим давлением», при котором человек чувствует себя хорошо. За среднестатистическую норму в медицине принято АД 120/80. Временное повышение артериального давления во время физической нагрузки – явление физиологическое и вполне нормальное. Сразу после окончания или через достаточно короткое время АД должно возвращаться к нормальным значениям. Во время выполнения упражнений при занятиях бодибилдингом на сердечно-сосудистую систему ложится колоссальная нагрузка, сопровождающееся временным повышением АД. Некоторые культуристы и пауэрлифтеры в своих тренировках и соревнованиях, с целью поднятия бОльших весов, используют маневр Вальсавы (это выдох при закрытой голосовой щели, другими словами, задержка дыхания с настуживанием), вызывающий кратковременное молниеносное повышение АД до 400 мм рт. ст. и давления в грудной клетке, однако и при этом показатели должны нормализовываться сразу после упражнения. В этом случае опасность представляют скрытые, не выявленные аномалии сосудистой стенки (аневризмы), не диагностированые морфологические изменения сердечной мышцы и клапанов, которые при значительных подъемах АД, связанных с физической нагрузкой, могут обернуться трагическими последствиями для спортсмена. Incline chest press to build your upper chest. You must include this in your chest day. It is an upper body exercise to build strength and muscle mass. It targets upper pecs, anterior shoulders and triceps. Usually, you may drop the weight a bit from your usual flat chest press. Important cues: keep the bar above the mid chest and below the shoulders ( mid point between the 2 areas), maintain this plane of movement throughout your repitition, pausing when you lower the bar to your chest and when you press the bar above your mid chest.
