Depending on how you do them, push-ups can do one of two things: ☑️Help you build upper-body strength and muscle. (Good!) ❎Screw up your shoulders and posture. (Bad!) . Flaring your elbows out too wide usually happens when you have weak upper back muscles that can't activate properly. Or you simply get tired and resort to bad form. But if notice or feel your form suffering, stop and regroup to make sure you do every rep with proper form. . HERE'S THE FIX: Keep your elbows tucked in toward your body at a 45-degree angle. This helps take off unnecessary pressure from your shoulders and get maximum chest activation.

Chest day! My first exercise to warm up the chest I did heavy incline press 2 sets to failure. Today I hit a new PR hitting 245lbs for 8 reps for the first time! The second set I only got 4 reps but I’m getting stronger to say I hit 225lbs for the first time 2 weeks ago! 2 hour-ish workout👌🏿Arms and chest. Typically warm up 8min. W/ stair stepper then migrate to bench press, curls, seated chest machine, a few other then finish with peck deck fly. Press banco plano descendente con barra olímpica: ◽️Excelente ejercicio multiarticular, que involucra principalmente articulaciones de hombro codo y muñeca. ◾️El pectoral es el músculo con mayor actividad al ser el agonista en el movimiento , además existen los llamados sinergistas (colaboran en el movimiento como ,deltoides porción mas anterior y tríceps entre otros). ◽️Al caer dentro de la clasificación de los movimientos de empujé, lograremos un sistema músculo esquelético más equilibrado, además al no ser un ejercicio guiado , genera mayor adaptación en la fuerza y más funcionalidad, al tener que estabilizar el movimiento durante todo el recorrido por ende mayor componente de propiocepción. ➡️Ejecución: ✔️Antes de sacar la barra , nuestra mirada debe estar idealmente bajo la barra. ✔️Realizar retracción escapular, esto permitirá proteger de lesiones a la cintura escapular y hombros. ✔️Muñecas idealmente lo mas vertical posible y seguir la alineación del antebrazo ✔️El movimiento excéntrico o bajada , brazos idealmente en ángulo de 45 a 50 respecto al hombro, cuando la barra toque el pectoral.(varia dependiendo de la persona) ✔️Al aumentar mucho este angulo generamos , una mayor carga a nível de hombro por ende mayor incidencia de lesiones. ✔️Antebrazos deben estar paralelos entre sí. ➡️Tips : ✅Antes de comenzar el ejercicio , realizar un buen calentamiento en las articulaciones implicadas de hombro , codo y muñecas. ✅Al ser descendente idealmente estar con dos amigos para realizar la descarga de peso. ✅Cuando estén muy agotados dar énfasis a la fase excéntrica del ejercicio , nuestro amigo ayuda en la fase concéntrica . 👌Trabajo de estabilidad articular , estás dando tus frutos.
