When I’m in Chicago to eat, my preference is to make @ my first stop. After four visits now, I love coming here! Honestly. This place simply exudes palpable charm and warmth—through the beautiful bamboo-embellished decor, the contagious enthusiasm and charisma of the restaurant’s director @, and the presence of the highly competent and personable staff who pleasantly delivers the highest level of service without fail. ( A special shoutout to my amazing server @!) Arriving here is like dropping in to see your best friends, ones you know will take great care of you and make you feel at home 😃

Big meaty clams draped in a zesty, citrusy lime juice. The crushed peanuts provided a nice crunch and contrasting texture to the tender chunks of mollusks, enhanced by the herbal bite of fresh basil. You eat this by dropping a spoonful of clams onto a piece of the crispy rice cracker, opening your mouth wide, and chomping down with gusto. Delicious! 😋
