Week 2 Results I wont lie Im a bit disappointed. After such a huge drop last week and re-programming my brain to consider inch loss not weight loss to gain is a hard blow. Week 1 results!! I have always measured 7 areas that I consider to be my "problem areas" so my score is higher than those that do 3/4 and, Im over the moon!! Only a 2lb loss (which is expected because of the excersise) BUT to put this achievement into perspective; my total inch loss on Weight Watchers was 56cm in about a year. This is 31cm IN ONE WEEK!! Just treated myself to a shiny new toy! Had a fit bit charge HR a while back but sadly it broke, so have been looking for an upgrade that functions as an actual watch with a second hand (for monitoring heart rates in patients at my work), and can track swim workouts too and this seems to fit the bill!
