Gluten is not good for the body. it causes brain disorders, celiac disease, growth delays in children, diarrhea, and abdominal pain. I’m currently seeing a homeopathic doctor. I recently found out I’m allergic to chocolate, coffee, eggs, soy, sugar, gluten, & grains like wheat. 🌱——————————————————
So I’m living an even stricter diet. Today I made these gluten-free banana sunflower seed butter muffins for my family. They didn’t expand how I would’ve preferred but they were super moist due to 2-1/2 organic bananas. Cheers, to our new gluten-free life!” - @
