Ok. I have been trying to cut back on eating out at my house. Mainly because I have more control of my when I cook and to save money. I have such a hard time with meal prepping and making a menu for the week tho. I am one of those that doesn't do leftovers well and usually think about what I'm gonna eat 30 mins before. Well I would like to change that. So my question to those of you that meal prep and/or sit down and make a weekly menus......what motivates you and how do you choose?? Also, where do you find the time to meal prep and plan??? Between my 2 jobs, trying to work out and take classes along with BJ having practice now until almost 6:30 in the evenings, I'm at a loss at what the best way to do this is. I need to figure out a way to make meals that are Keto friendly but my family will also eat. Also some that I can maybe make ahead of time and just reheat 🤢 that I can tolerate. Lol.
