You are never a failure if you get up and start. Doesn't matter how many times you start over, as long as you start.
Start anywhere. Whether it is walking a bit every day, adding more 1 ingredient foods to your cart. Taking 10min to do body weighted home workouts. Whatever it may be that works for you!
Sadly we are the ONLY thing that holds us back. Not our schedule, not our lack of funds, not kids, not a significant other; but US!
Getting back in with a coach is what I had to do for me. I need rehabilitation sure, but I also need to be held accountable. I have a LOT of work to do. (Not as bad as my mind made it out to be, but still a lot) But dammit, I am worth it. And so are each and every one of you.
