Okay...be warned this will be a bit of a ramble review about the #30daystohealthyliving for the last 3 weeks.
So... It's been 3 weeks since starting the #arbonne #30daystohealthyliving program and to be completely honest I struggled! The first week I was finding myself craving sweet foods and I gave in. Second week wasn't too bad with the snacking but I was struggling with just making the recipes in general. There's so much preping involved before the cooking had started! Some of them I was finding I needed to add some herbs and spices just to add a bit more flavour as I was finding it was a bit bland. One recipe asked for spaghetti squash.. now for someone who's never eaten it before I had no idea it was out of season until a family friend told me...after I had bought all the ingredients to make that particular recipe 🤦♀️. What's annoying is the recipe didn't even have an alternative incase if was out of season...something maybe arbonne should think about for the inexperienced like me. Another note for #arbonne I think if your going to sell to Australians you need to also accommodate for them as well when it comes to measurements. If #bodybossmethod can do it, you can too. One more note on the recipes ... the instructions/method ... I've noticed in some recipes youve got the list of ingredients and then in the method section... suddenly there's extra of something that wasn't specified in the ingredients section.
Other than those slight issues the shakes weren't too bad! I found one that I really liked but I wasn't getting myself up early enough to actually have it every morning for breakfast. I think I preferred the shake more than the the meals prep wise.
Today I started the pre-training of the #bodybossmethod and I really shouldn't have left it so long to get back into it. Short and sweet.... I couldnt get through it... I didn't realise I was so ridiculously unfit and I am so disappointed in myself but I'm hoping this time I will stick with it!
