To celebrate Joe’s birthday and his legacy, @ is holding the first ever 🥰🤓
The goal is to demonstrate how the Pilates Method truly works as a system. It is so fascinating to see the connections between the exercises and how one exercise helps you get better at another exercise.
Today’s exercise is the Roll-Up. Hello spinal articulation, core strength and back body flexibility. I see connections to (clockwise) the 100, the Short Box Round, and the Overhead exercises. Do you agree? What other connections can you think of? Let me know in the comments!
