Before I had kids I was a complete yo-yo dieter. I put my body through some 💩. I would eat what I wanted, drink what I wanted, and play when I wanted. Then April came around (always April) when I would look at myself and say "oh shit, it's almost bikini season!" 👙 Then that's when I was ALL IN. Crazy diets! Gym for hours (thinking I knew what to do). Guess what! I got my results. But the cycle just continued. 🔁 Up and down...up and down...every freaking year. .
After kids...crazy AF 🙃...I finally found balance and CONSISTENCY. I eat MINDFULLY, I know my limits with 🍷🍹🍸 ...sometimes 😂 , and workout consistently. I don't have that "oh 💩" moment every year anymore. I found some support and I've been able to stop 🛑 the diet cycle🔁. And this was ME this April! .
