What about some girly grapefruit chocolate porridge for brunch? ❤ . For the recipe, I just cooked some porridge into coconut milk and cacao powder with a mashed banana. Then, top it with your cutest grapefruit, and granola, I used what I have left of my @dearmuesli chocolate one. Add some pecans and fancy decoration, it's ready! 😀 . Dobré ránko😘 Slíbený recept na čokoládovo-banánový dort je tu👌 Ingredience na korpus: 90 g mletých ovesných vloček 30 g mletých mandlí 1 vajíčko voda podle potřeby 2 lžíce medu na náplň: 2 větší banány 500 g jemného tvarohu odtučněného 1 balíček čokoládového pudingu (prášek) 1 ČL vanilkového extraktu Med Z mletých vloček, mandlí, vajíčka, medu a trochy vody si vypracujeme tužší těsto, které vtlačíme do dortové formy (průměr 20 cm). Na náplň si smícháme tvaroh s pudinkovým práškem, vanilkovým extraktem a dosladíme podle chuti. Na ovesný korpus dáme 1/3 náplně, na kterou naskládáme podélně rozkrojené banány. Zalijeme zbylými 2/3 náplně a pečeme 30-35 minut na 180 °C. Před podáváním necháme dort vychladnout. Na dozdobení jsem použila kokosový zero topping #bodylab a banán. Altra ricetta testata e approvata 👌 Biscotti furbi alla banana e avena Ingredienti per 5 biscotti 1 banana 50 gr di fiocchi d'avena Un pizzico di sale -Eventuali aggiunte: gocce di cioccolato, uvetta, nocciole, noci, mandorle, bacche di goij.. - Aromi a piacere: cannella, zenzero, vaniglia, noce moscata... Preparazione Preriscaldate il forno a 180°. Schiacciate la banana con una forchetta, quindi unite i fiocchi d'avena, un pizzico di sale e l'eventuale aroma utilizzato ( per me cannella ) : dovete ottenere un composto non troppo umido. Ricoprite una teglia con carta da forno, quindi versate l'impasto a cucchiaiate, schiacciandolo leggermente per dare ai biscotti la forma tonda. Con queste dosi otterrete circa 5 biscotti da 6 cm di diametro. Aggiungete, appoggiandoli sopra ai biscotti e premendo leggermente, gli altri eventuali ingredienti (gocce di cioccolato, uvetta, bacche di goij, mandorle o nocciole tritate...), poi trasferite la teglia in freezer per 5/10 minuti. Trascorso il tempo indicato per far rassodare l'impasto, mettete la teglia con i biscotti in forno e cuoceteli circa 15 minuti. Sfornateli e staccateli delicatamente dalla carta da forno con una spatola. Mangiateli subito o conservateli in una scatola di latta. Potete riscaldarli un attimo nel forno prima di mangiarli. Variazioni ( ferma restando la base di Banane+Fiocchi di avena ) 1) Bacche di Goij e zenzero in polvere 2) Uvetta, pinoli e cannella 3) Mandorle e vaniglia 4) Gocce di cioccolato e cannella 5) Gocce di cioccolato e noci 6) Semi di zucca e bacche di goij 7) Semi di sesamo e cannella 8) Noci, cannella, zenzero 9) Arachidi, Fleur de sel e gocce di cioccolato bianco 10) Mandorle e fava tonka e via all'infinito......

Mostly clean eating 😁😇😋 these turkey pesto wraps are da bomb 🙌💣😎🍷😋 a coupe chickpea garlic & herb 🌿 crackers, some blueberries and half of a sumo tangerine 🍊 Yup yup....I was doing SO well until I also saw the cookies 🍪 on the counter lol 😂 BUT considering I’m just now waking up and haven’t ate anything all day, I need these cookie calories for my overall caloric intake lol 😂

HAPPY VALENTINES!! YOGURT COVERED STRAWBERRIES INGREDIENTS 1 cup (250ml) unsweetened Natural Greek Yogurt (I drain my homemade yogurt to get thick greek yogurt) 1 drop Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon Honey or Maple Syrup 1 pack (225g / 8oz) Strawberries INSTRUCTIONS Add vanilla essence and honey to Greek yogurt in a small bowl, mix well. Dip strawberries in yogurt, make sure they are well coated. Place them on a parchment paper and freeze for 30 minutes. Dip the frozen strawberries in the yogurt for a 2nd layer and freeze for another 30 minutes. If you prefer a thicker layer of yogurt, repeat again for a 3rd layer. Enjoy the yogurt-covered strawberries whole or cut into half. Back home from Bangladesh 🇧🇩 🙌🏾. Missing my family. Such a strange quiet that falls over the house once we get back. Happy to be back home and recovering from what feels like an endless sinus infection. There is literally nothing like sleeping in your own bed with your oh so dreamy ☁️ pillow . Bubb and I got groomed this morning in Baltimore (thanks @theloft_browlashskin) and grabbed some much needed groceries. We wanted a sandwich... This 👆🏾is so much more. Looks like a hot ass mess but it was amazing. Fresh pan sauteed 🐔, havarti 🧀, 🍅, onion, sprouts and more stuff I can't remember 👉🏾 all stacked on a beautiful crispy, crusty and ghee slathered baugette. I also added a generous helping of @sirkensingtons Chipotle mayo 🔥🔥🔥. I also have to give a mention to the Japanese sweet potato fries 👌🏾.

These little egg/spinach/quinoa muffins were the easiest thing to make & have been so convenient all week when I was looking for a super quick, post-workout meal. All I did was: 1️⃣wilt some spinach, cook some quinoa, whisk some eggs 2️⃣mix everything together 3️⃣pour into a muffin pan & cook on 350 for 20 mins or so . They actually have the same consistency as a muffin too, but next time I will def add some seasoning. 👌🏼 I also learned that eggs BEFORE a workout are a no-go for me, but they totally hit the spot after one. . Day 6/80 ✅ House cleaned ✅ Now time to do some shopping for office supplies + decor so I can get get my new workspace organized!
