SHOUT OUT to all my Whole30 woadies 🔊once again, @majikmylk is helping us combine our favorite clean foods into something beautiful, fun, and tasty. Half the battle of Whole30 is keeping meals fun while within protocol. We think this Culina-incorporated recipe nails it :) “🧡🍠 Sweet Potato Sunday’s 🍠🧡 Can’t get enough of SP toasts at the moment. They are SO easy, super flexible and satisfy sweet/savory cravings in one! Plus, they are #whole30 approved, are proven to stabilize blood sugar (therefore and excellent carb choice) and are one of the most potent sources of immunity-boosting vitamin A.
Today’s toppings were:
1. @culinayogurt plain & simple, topped with thinly sliced bananas, @traderjoes raw creamy almond butter, chopped almonds and cinnamon (NOTE: I always add cinnamon whenever I’m cooking with banana to help lower blood sugar. And it tastes amazing of course ☺️).
2. Arugula, topped with avo slices and @traderjoes everything but the bagel seasoning.
3. @culinayogurt plain & simple, topped with frozen raspberries and blueberries, fresh strawbs and @nutsdotcom organic bee pollen. •
I have to say, it was hard to choose a favorite between these three! Which one would you choose? 🤔”
