Choose skim milk or soy milk and order a smaller size. If you choose soy milk, the amount of protein will be less, but some will still be present.
Also, the fat comes from the milk, so choosing skim decreases the total amount of fat, saturated fat and calories as well. And hold the whipped cream or lessen the amount. This adds calories and fat.
You also may want to decrease the number of ‘’pumps” of #pumpkin flavoring the barista adds. But that will change the flavor and so may not work for you.
