[ A vision from the spring ] I saw myself entering a room where fire was suspended in the air like a veil, barring me from moving forward until I could adjust to the heat and pass through. I imagined that there would be many more veils further in that I would need to pass through in stages. On one level this is a picture of an intense transition in life. The way through this place is not to resist or shy away from the intensity, but to become acclimated to it.

Contemplation “in deep thought”. Thinking about how I’m going to structure my working day (life) to accommodate all the things I love to do. This week I committed to being a Vintage with love ambassador (will post more about this in a separate post) and to teach and additional yoga class at Omni Yoga Studio. I said no to a couple of things like doing a reiki course which I really wanted to do (will do in 2019). Mindful Monday’s topic - Always do your best (fourth agreement) - raised many contradictory thoughts and I’m still processing what this means to me.
What does Always do your best mean to you ?
