Was always a fan of it and had always marvelled at why does it taste so good. Butter is truly a weakness “you are truly my butter half” - unknown.
A very very easy concoction and easy peasy 1,2,3 that is whatever the bulk you want to make 1 would be the sugar, always use confectioner’s, 2 would be butter and 3 would be flour literally 100g sugar, 200 butter 300 flour. Oven temp 175C bake for 15 mins. Any shape or size on any cookie mould or just round and slight segmented for the break. Should be cream & slightly brown on the edges when cooked. Texture is buttery (use French butter for intense taste), slight crunch and very addictive, so be warned😋😋. Please PM for orders.
