Sadly didnt get to try the tasting menu due to my schedule constraints, buttt, absolutely no complaints with the a la carte menu. Thank you so much to my wonderful guests for the evening for making my stay at Moscow so incredible - @dmarkaryan.
Really cool that it was also announced to be ranked #15 in the world in this year's @theworlds50best rankings!
We opted to share starters to get a variety of things! Highlights were the rabbit liver parfait and the brioche tarts with foie gras and pickled herring!
This main was absolutely ubelievable I can still remember exactly what it tasted like 🤤 calf tongue cooked in chokecherry dough (bark from a tree, the fillet was removed and prepared tableside!) mashed potatoes and a morel mushroom sauce 🥔🍄🐄👅 s/o to the waiter who recommended it to me!
We had a range of dessert which are sadly not pictured but LILAC ICECREAM Guys 🙅♂️🙅♂️🙅♂️ Drinks were fantastic also, really enjoyed their original creations such as 'the Twinkle': whisky infused with dried apricots, plum liquor, aperol, vermouth and sparkling wine.
Fantastic view on the 16th floor and honestly a great price for what it was! 9/10.
