Try this gluten free, dairy free, simple, fresh and delicious Italian dish!
High protein, nutrient dense and super flavorful! .
Step 1: Cut the spaghetti squash in half and remove the seeds. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
Step 3: Remove from oven and scrape out the spaghetti using a fork. .
Step 1: Mix ground turkey with fresh garlic, diced onions, parsley, salt and pepper.
Step 2: roll into small balls.
Step 3: Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
. Tomato Sauce:
Step 1: Quarter tomatoes. Put them in food processor.
Step 2: Chop garlic
Step 3: Heat up pan with olive oil. And add garlic and saute until golden.
Step 4: Chop fresh basil
Step 5: Add tomatoes and stir.
Step 6: Raise heat to high, until it boils. Then let simmer. For about 10 minutes
Step 7: Season with salt and pepper.
Step 8: Top fresh sauce with fresh basil.
Now top your spaghetti squash with the meatballs, and fresh tomato sauce.
