This time of year is all about giving- giving to yourself, giving to friends and family, and giving to your community. Join us for our annual Thanksgiving give back flow co-taught by the Sarahs!
Moving together as a community, building some heat, and winding down with a Savasana will give you an inspiring kickstart to your holiday weekend!
In lieu of cash, please bring a food item to donate. All donations from the class will benefit the JFK Back Pack School Food pantry.
Items needed are:
1. Chewy Granola bars (No peanut butter)
2. Juice Boxes
3. Fruit Chews
4. Instant hot cereal
5. Any small snack items without peanuts
