Keep all exercises slow and controlled: 🌟Narrow squats x14 . 🌟Kettlebell reverse lunges x 12 (Each leg) 🌟Single leg kettlebell deadlift x 10 (Each leg) 🌟Kettlebell swings x25 Rest 2 mins. Repeat 3 times if superset If performing as hiit: repeat each exercise for a min, rest 10 seconds, repeat 5 times for a 20 min fat burning glute blasting workout💪🏻 . Video is speed up for time but keep those narrow squats slow and controlled, elevate your heels if you must. These are a great variation of squats that help can you hone in on and eliminate any imbalances you may have. . . . This can be a finisher since you arent lifting too heavy or it can also be a hiit. If you're doing this as your hiit workout, make sure to warm up 10-15 mins prior to. Negative Pullups - one of my favourite exercises. If you want to be able to do pull-ups but you haven't got the strength then try Negatives. By controlling the eccentric part of the move you are still building strength. The goal is to lower as slow as you can; don't allow yourself just to drop down. How to complete this workout: Set a timer for the allocated minutes. Once you’ve completed ‘The Warm Up’ and ‘Cardio’, move onto the main ‘AMRAP’ (As Many Rounds As Possible) workout. How to do TRX LOW ROW . Step 1: Hook the TRX cable up to something high. Step 2: Grab the handles with both hands and lean backwards so that the ropes are taught and your body is at an angle. Step 3: Let your arms extend out. Step 4: With your palms facing in towards each other pull yourself up to the handles. Step 5: The handles should end up right under your chest. It’s got to the point now with exposure and repetition that pics of myself are no problem . It’s was easy after I accepted myself . Acceptance was the start of a loving healthy relationship with myself. Because of this , I have had so many relationships blossom out of nowhere. ❤️❤️💥💯🌎.
