I could write a post every day with the amount I want to share. I want to talk to you in full vivid detail about this beautiful corner of the planet, how often it takes my breath away and how this week I seriously felt like Emma Stone: ‘Fuck! Seriously? It's like you're photoshopped’ (remember that line when Ryan Gosling took his shirt off?!). I want to talk to you about the food. Oh my! Artisan producers on every corner, organic farm gates... it’s luscious, so connected to the land... so alive. I want to talk about the stuff that really matters, like true set-your-soul-on-fire freedom, the health of your body, your mind, your spirit. I want to talk to you about this glorious business I’m in, about the power of leadership to lift you and the people around you. I want to talk about dreams and finding satisfaction right in this moment.
But here’s the thing: I’m too busy milking the deliciousness. Watching my boys chop wood and get our fire going, eating, walking, driving along country roads and seeing my long-held vision right before my eyes, filling our bellies with scallops and squid from the bay, chatting to farmers and feeling the glow as they greet me by name, eating hand-picked, local, organic, grass-fed, deep conversations with visionary women who are also determined and on their path, taking in the delight of all my boys following their bliss too... and more eating... more pleasure.
So I will write more, but just that I’m giving myself full permission to milk all this. I want you to know too that I’m writing here when I feel the impulse, and when I want to connect, not because I need to keep appearing in your feed for you to remember me. That might mean a bunch of insta stories all at once with some ideas I have for you, and it might mean you don’t hear from me for days, while... you know, I’m eating.
In the meantime, I have a question for you. I got this little whisper to start some kind of podcast or live fortnightly talk. Topics could include home education, lifestyle, health, essential oils, parenting, leadership, courageous living, mindset, personal growth... If you think I have something that could help you somehow, what would you love to ask?
