▪️Make it a habit - Check your fridge for veggie inventory before heading to the grocery store.
▪️Buy your favorites - Choose the veggies you love! If you don’t love them, you won’t eat them. I say make it colorful...because we eat with our 👀 and who doesn’t love eating the 🌈
▪️Prep - Wash, cut and prepare all your veggies. Make it look “pretty” 😍 It’s much more appetizing this way....promise!
▪️Dip it - Keep hummus, avocado dip, bean dip, etc on hand. Try all different kinds to keep it from being boring.
▪️Place the platter front and center in your fridge so you’ll be sure to grab for it when the craving strikes!
