🚨👣🚨Plantar Fasciitis…Some of you know what this is, some of you may even struggle with this yourself, but for those of you who don’t, plantar fasciitis is inflamed tissue that stretches from the sole of your foot up through your heel. Strain injuries, poor arch support, constantly being on your feet, wearing flats when you have a high arch or wearing heels when you have flat feet, all of these things can cause P.F. over time. 💁♀️I personally used to struggle with P.F. It developed over the past year or so when I began working two jobs (one of which requires you to constantly be moving on your feet). I suffered from insane sharp shooting pains through my heels with every step I’d take, walking on hard surfaces was almost impossible to do barefooted without wanting to scream, and usually it was worse in the morning or late at night after my shift. 💵💰💵I invested in so many different types of shoes that supposedly helped with arch support, I tried countless brands of shoe inserts, compression socks, physical therapy, different creams, steroid injections, you name it--I tried it! 😭👎The pain was to the point where I literally would cry and have to tip toe around the house. My fiancé would try and rub my feet at the end of the day, but even the softest touch or small doses of pressure would kill me!
After multiple visits to my physician, I was at the point of giving up and just accepting the fact that I had this issue and it wasn’t going away any time soon. 🗓️💙But to my surprise, fast forward to October…I started taking some supplements—I started these supplements solely for my bloat and my overall health. After about 3 months of taking these products, I noticed major changes—both physically and mentally. I lost weight, I wasn’t bloated, my acne was improving, my appetite was controlled, my cravings were diminished, my sleep quality was better, my mood was enhanced, and I wasn’t in any pain…you heard that right…I WASN’T IN ANY MORE PAIN!! I honestly didn’t even realize right away that my plantar fasciitis symptoms were gone until one day after an all-day shift, I came home, took my shoes off, and didn’t feel anything! It was fantastic!! I didn’t
