Why not celebrate Friday the Fundamentally way with our very own fakeaway recipe.
Make a marinade for your thin cut steak using 250g natural Greek yoghurt, 2 tsps of fundamentally curry paste (we used vindaloo but the choice is yours), juice from half a lemon and fresh parsley. Add the marinade to the steak, coat well then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Cut a potato in half and place on a baking tray for the base of the kebab. Put a kebab stick into the potato, layer with steak and cheese then pop in the oven. Serve with your favourite sides and enjoy 😊
