I'm almost done with my first week of trying the #ketolifestyle!!! I was good during the day, and made some AMAZING recipes from the guide I'm following. I also learned that I lack discipline when I'm at home, even when I have my meals already prepared (tell me I'm not alone in this)! 🙄 It's baffling how well we can convince ourselves to do things when we know we shouldn't do them, isn't it?
Anyway, understanding this about myself got me to thinking, "how is it I'm good with military discipline, but I'm not so good with being disciplined when it comes to not eating what I KNOW I shouldn't be, and convincing myself it's okay (when it's not), and sticking to a meal plan? 🤔 Why do I cave in to my cravings ALL THE TIME?!😫" I'm really looking forward to getting a better understanding behind this next month, and using that knowledge not just for myself, but for anyone else who deals with the same or similar issue!! I'm ready to get an actual hold on my nutrition and make some progress! Are you?
